Kisma Panthier-Jn Pierre

Kisma Panthier-Jn Pierre is honored and filled with gratitude for the awesome privilege to lead the students, parents and staff at the Mill Academy. After nearly two decades in the public classroom, she now stands at the helm of her own school. She intends to use this opportunity to demonstrate to the entire family and particularly her students that their dreams are possible if they are willing to work hard and believe in themselves. Principal says, “Children need a role model. They need to not only be told what is possible. but a tangible demonstration of it usually stirs up hope in them. She says, “This is what I aspire to do for my students (their families and my teachers)”. Madame Principal holds an Associate Degree in Teacher Education and a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
