IMPORTANT NOTE:

Once you have made an application and have been admitted, you would need to complete the General Liability Release Form and turn same into the main office by the first day of school. The forms provide us with vital, up-to-date contact information that is necessary for the health and well being of our students, school community, and adherence to governmental compliance issues.

APPLICATION FEE:

A non-refundable registration fee of $150XCD / 58USD must accompany this application. Payment can be made via cash, debit/credit card or cheque (made payable to The MILL Academy).
